Remember...

Remember, remember the fifth of Nomveber the gun powder treason and plot.
I know of no reason why the gunpowder treason should ever be forgot.

But what of the man?
I know his name was Guy Fawkes, and i know in 1605 he attempted to blow up the houses of parliament.
But who was he really?, what was he like?. We are told to remember the idea, not the man. Because man can fail, he can be caught, he can be killed and forgotten, but 400 years later an idea can still change the world.

I have witnessed firsthand the power of ideas. I've seen people killing in the name of them and die defendig them.
But you cannot kiss an idea, cannot touch it or hold it. Ideas do not bleed, do not feel pain, they do not love.

Con estas palabras empieza una de las mejores películas que he visto en mi vida, no es solo la violencia, las geniales actuaciones de Natalie Portman y Hugo Weaving o el exceso de sangre y cuchillos, esta película tiene una historia atrapante, una ideología que te hace pensar en todo lo que esta pasando y en que nos estamos llendo al carajo.
Podrán decir que soy un fanático estúpido, pero recomiendo esta película a todo el mundo, pero no para ver por que si, sino para encontrarle un sentido.
